Northeast Horn Workshop Exhibitor Information

Display Space

Display space is available by the purchase of a 6-foot table. For exhibitions registered by December 15, 2015:

  • first table: $105, includes two exhibitor badges

  • each additional table: $35

For exhibitions registered after December 15, 2015:

  • first table: $140, includes two exhibitor badges

  • each additional table: $45

Any additional space used by an exhibitor (displays, racks, tables brought by exhibitor) will be charged an additional fee and may not be permitted due to lack of space.

Space is limited. Preference will be given to those exhibitors who return their contracts first. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

All table coverings and display items are to be provided by the exhibitor. Information regarding internet access and electrical outlet access will be available after registration closes.

No items shall be posted, tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to any part of the walls, floor, or any other part of the building or furniture. This, or any other act, which interferes with the proper protection of these properties, shall be at the expense of the exhibitor.

Note to late registering non-sound exhibitors: Some non-sound exhibitors will be located in the registration/lobby area, around the corner from the non-sound room. Those exhibitors will need to move items around the corner into the locked room after hours; tables may remain in place. For this inconvenience, a $25 refund will be given.

Exhibit Schedule

Friday, January 22 set-up: 10:00 a.m.-noon, exhibits open 2:00-6:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 23: 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and 3:00 -6:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 24: 9:00 a.m. –2:00 p.m. (lunch provided and delivered to thank you for your participation)

Sunday, January 24 tear-down: 2:00 p.m. Items packaged and pre-paid for shipment will be securely stored over the weekend and sent to our central receiving office on Tuesday for shipment.

UPS and FED EX items shipped to Penn State University should be addressed to:

Advance shipments will only be accepted January 21-22. Items arriving before the conference will be securely stored in the School of Music.

Liability and Insurance

The 2016 Northeast Horn Workshop, IUP Music Department faculty or staff, International Horn Society, or any staff members will not be responsible for the safety of the property of the exhibitor from theft, damage by fire, accident, or other causes, but will use reasonable care to protect the exhibitors from such loss and will secure the building during those periods when the exhibit areas are not open to the public, except for exhibits located in the main lobby. Exhibitors located in the main lobby will be responsible for removing merchandise to their satisfaction.

No responsibility is assumed for goods delivered to the exhibit area prior to the conference or materials in the exhibit area after the close of the exhibits. Exhibitors must provide their own insurance.

  • half page: $150

Regulations and Contract

The general information and regulations for exhibitors become a part of the contract between the exhibitor and the 2015 Northeast Horn Workshop. We respectfully request full cooperation of the exhibitor in their observance. All points not covered herein are subject to the decision of the host.   • Your contract must be sent via email or mail to the host at the time that payment is made. Exhibitors will not be registered until payment is received.

  • Please make checks payable to “IUP School of Music.”  Mail checks and contract (if not emailing) to Heidi Lucas at the address above.

  • After payment and registration are received, confirmation will be sent by the host.

  • All times and locations are subject to change. Any changes will be sent via email to registered exhibitors as needed.
